Software Engineer II - Special Projects

Remote

Works on Sebastian Chatbot to personalize messages to customers via SMS and chat. Uses BERT / RoBERTa models and Python to predict intent and sentiment. Sebastian answers questions and provides information specific to the customers’ Carvana journey . Developed conversation flows for customer callbacks, 35+ new campaigns, etc. Deployed 25+ models and 210 new intents.
